We have now launched our on-line application guidance and service. Users are guided through the process of assessing their needs and learning what adaptations and equipment could be made available to them. They are then able to complete and submit the appropriate application with all the necessary information to enable the NCCF Care & Wellbeing Grant Panel to make a decision on their case.
The launch also sees the creation of a Simplified Application Process for support costing less than £300 which allows potential beneficiaries to apply direct on-line.
The new Care Resources page contains an increasing list of approved suppliers for everything from adaptive can openers through holiday schemes to respite care providers.
